Coconut Garden SXM
1. Booking & Payment
A reservation is confirmed only upon full payment of the stay.
Partial payments are not accepted.
Without full payment, the booking will not be considered valid.
2. Rates
Rates are expressed in € and may vary depending on the season.
They include the services specified at the time of booking.
3. Cleaning Fees
A cleaning fee is systematically charged to ensure proper maintenance and quality standards of the accommodation.
However, guests are expected to leave the property in a reasonably clean condition (dishes done, trash disposed of, etc.).
In case of excessive dirtiness requiring deep cleaning, additional fees may be charged and deducted from the security deposit.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
In case of cancellation: More than 14 days before arrival: 50% partial refund
Less than 14 days before arrival: no refund
In case of no-show: no refund
In case of early departure: no refund will be granted
Any exceptional request remains at the sole discretion of Coconut Garden SXM Management
5. Damages & Penalties
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or equipment.
Any damage will be charged based on repair or replacement costs.
In case of excessive dirtiness or misuse of the property, penalty fees may apply.
6.Check-in / Check-out
Check-in is from 3:00 PM.
Early check-in may be available upon request and subject to availability.
6.Check-out is before 11:00 AM.
Late check-out without prior approval may result in: additional charges, or the billing of an extra night.
7. Use of Property
The accommodations are for tourist use only
Parties and events are not allowed without prior approval at the risk of penalty fees being appplied and Deposit Used.
Guests must respect the peaceful environment and neighborhood
8. Environmental Commitment
Some accommodations operate on solar energy and A rainwater harvesting system is used
Guests are encouraged to adopt responsible consumption
9. Security & Liability
The accommodations are located within secure properties
Guests must secure the property when leaving the Residence by closing the doors and the gates Behind them.
Coconut Garden SXM shall not be held liable for loss, theft, or accidents.
10. Security Deposit
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival
The amount is set at €100 or €200, depending on the type of accommodation
The deposit will only be used in case of: damages violation of rules excessive cleaning requirements
The deposit will be refunded within 3 to 7 days after check-out, subject to inspection
11. Force Majeure (Caribbean Weather Conditions)
Coconut Garden SXM shall not be held responsible for force majeure events, including but not limited to: hurricanes / tropical storms extreme weather conditions water or power outages beyond our control
In case such an event prevents the stay: rescheduling or an alternative solution may be offered
Refunds may be granted only under exceptional circumstances at the discretion of Coconut Garden SXM management.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in Saint Martin (French overseas territory)
In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first
Failing agreement, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Saint Martin
13. Acceptance
By confirming a booking, guests fully accept these Terms & Conditions.
